We are currently looking for an IT System Administrator for our team to provide smooth running IT services for the organisation.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize internal applications and cloud platforms (M365, Azure, EntraID, Teams Telephony, SharePoint, MS Defender, Intune, Atlassian)
- Plan and supervise our network infrastructure (LAN & WAN) including Firewall, Proxy, VPN gateway.
- Maintain and optimize virtualized environments, including Windows and Linux-based virtual machines (VMs) running on the Proxmox VMware ESX or vCenter.
- Monitor our infrastructure to identify, optimise and resolve potential performance and security problems.
- Create technical documentation and operations manuals.
- Be the go-to person for any MacOS / Linux / or Hardware related requests from the team.
- Support the IT Team Lead in managing and further developing the IT department.
Your Profile
- Significant experience (at least 3 years) as System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in managing M365, Azure, EntraID, Intune, Windows Server and Linux systems is essential.
- Experience monitoring and maintaining server health and performance in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Proxmox, VMware ESX, or vCenter.
- Experience with implementing automation workflows to improve efficiency (e.g., using Power Automate or Power Apps).
- Scripting skills (PowerShell) and experience in process automation are an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and has passion for security.

- Hands-on experience with macOS troubleshooting and user support.
